Return to Practice is a drop-in space for returning students who want to integrate somatic practice into daily life. Each session will open with foundational practices and explore one additional practice in-depth. This succinct container will provide a resource to both settle and replenish us, reconnect us to what we care about, and fuel our purposeful action. A core tenet of generative somatics is that we change through repeated practice over time- come practice with us! 

Prerequisite: You’ve attended our Introduction to Politicized Somatics Workshop, or, have done coursework or received coaching within the generative somatics or Strozzi Institute lineage. (All workshops offered in Fall 2024 count as Intro to Somatics workshops.) If you aren’t sure, send us a message through our contact form.
