Introduction to Somatics: Centered & On Purpose
What keeps us steady when the pressure is on? In this workshop, we’ll practice coming into contact with our deeper purpose—the “for the sake of what” that moves us into action. Together we’ll explore how to listen for that purpose, put it into words, and draw on it as an anchor that guides and sustains us in the midst of challenge.
This workshop is an introduction to politicized somatics. It’s designed both for people who are brand new to this methodology and for those returning to deepen their practice.
